Sharks at Canucks (game 81): Lines, game thread and how to watch -
The San Jose Sharks’ final road trip of the season wraps up in Vancouver with the team’s final meeting with the Canucks. This is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two teams. On Feb. 6, the Sharks lost 2-1 in overtime. The Sharks also lost one goal games to the Canucks in November and December. This is a pride game for both teams since neither have a postseason to prepare for. The turmoil in Vancouver was simply too much for the Canucks’ lockerroom to survive and the team never really pulled it together down the stretch. It sounds like things will continue to be difficult in the summer, when Brock Boeser will likely test free agency. On a lighter note, the Canucks Drew O’Conner has a chance to make rare NHL history tonight.
